All offers made by us, orders placed with us and contracts made with us shall be subject to the
General Conditions of Contract for Enterprises in the Steel and Synthetics Manufacturing and
Technology Industry, published by Ondernemersorganisatie CWM and fi led at the Registry of the
District Court in Rotterdam on 3rd June 1992 under number 427/92. Statutarily established at Uden,
trade register ’s-Hertogenbosch, number 16065213. Upon request we will send you a copy of these
General Conditions free of charge. Please note that other general conditions will be refused
explicitly.
